It's easy for an artist to perform to camera, or in front of their own fans/friends/family.

But in a real artists career they will sometimes have to perform in an empty venue or to a crowd that's never heard of them AND STILL PUT ON A SHOW!

Public Street Rockers places the artist in these extreme conditions. Charisma and showmanship are in the spotlight.
